After writing your email in the Mail app, look for the dropdown menu next to the send button and choose when you’d like it to be sent.

Keep in mind that the Mac and Mail app must remain open for scheduled emails to go through. So if you schedule an email years into the future, you’ll need to keep that in mind.

8: Undo Sending Emails Immediately

Similar to how you can undo sent iMessages, macOS Ventura allows you to undo sent emails—for a short window of time.

After sending an email in the Mail app, click the “Undo Send” link located in the lower-left corner of the main Mail window.

By default, you have 10 seconds to cancel the send, but you can adjust this delay in the Mail settings if needed. This essentially places the email in a temporary queue before actually sending it, giving you a brief opportunity to correct mistakes or reconsider what you sent.

9: System Preferences Is Now Called System Settings

System Preferences has been rebranded as System Settings, borrowing heavily from the iPhone’s settings layout.
