Enabling Enhanced Safe Browsing on Your Desktop
By default, Enhanced Safe Browsing is disabled in Google Chrome, but you can activate this feature easily on your desktop and mobile device. The method to enable Enhanced Safe Browsing is identical for both Windows and Mac computers.

In Chrome, click the three dots on the top right corner and select Settings.

On the left, choose Privacy and Security, then Security on the right.

Under Safe Browsing, check the box for Enhanced protection.

Optionally, click the arrow next to Enhanced protection for more details about the feature.
To disable Enhanced Safe Browsing on your computer later, follow Steps 1 through 3 above and select Standard protection or No protection as desired. Note that it may take up to 24 hours for the change to be fully processed.
Enabling Enhanced Safe Browsing on Mobile
If you use Google Chrome on your mobile device, you can activate Enhanced Safe Browsing on both Android and iPhone. The steps to enable or disable the feature are the same for both devices.
Tap the three dots at the top on Android or the bottom on iPhone.

Select Settings.
Choose Privacy and Security.
Tap Safe Browsing.

Select Enhanced Protection. Optionally, tap the arrow or Info icon to the right to learn more about the feature.
Tap Done on the top right to exit the Settings.
To turn off Enhanced Safe Browsing on your mobile device later, follow these steps again, but choose either Standard Protection or No Protection. As before, allow up to 24 hours for the change to take effect.
