按照"Using Windows Cache Extension for PHP"文章里的指示來(lái)安裝、啟用和配置這個(gè)擴(kuò)展。
注意:
- 該擴(kuò)展只能用于PHP的non-thread-safe版本
- 該擴(kuò)展只能用于以FastCGI方式運(yùn)行在IIS上的PHP
- Windows Cache Extension 1.0 for PHP 5.3只能用于PHP5.3的x86 VC9版本
特性:
- 支持PHP 5.2和PHP 5.3
- 提供PHP函數(shù)獲得cache狀態(tài)信息
該擴(kuò)展包含3個(gè)可以被分別啟用或禁用的緩存特性：
- PHP opcode cache -PHP是一個(gè)腳本處理引擎，它閱讀包含文本和/或PHP指令的輸入流，并產(chǎn)生另一個(gè)數(shù)據(jù)流（通常是HTML格式）。這意味著在一個(gè)web服務(wù)器上PHP引擎對(duì)每一次來(lái)自瀏覽器客戶端的請(qǐng)求都要讀入、解析、編譯和執(zhí)行一遍PHP腳本。讀入、解析和編譯操作給web服務(wù)器的CPU和文件系統(tǒng)帶來(lái)額外的負(fù)載，影響PHP網(wǎng)頁(yè)應(yīng)用的總體效能。PHP opcode (字節(jié)碼) cache用來(lái)在共享內(nèi)存里緩存編譯好的腳本字節(jié)碼，以便同一腳本文件的后續(xù)請(qǐng)求可以被PHP引擎重用。
- File cache-即使PHP字節(jié)碼緩存啟用，PHP引擎還需要訪問(wèn)文件系統(tǒng)里的腳本文件。當(dāng)PHP腳本存儲(chǔ)在遠(yuǎn)程UNC文件共享時(shí)，文件操作會(huì)帶來(lái)顯著的性能開(kāi)銷。Windows Cache Extension forPHP的文件緩存可以把PHP腳本文件的內(nèi)容緩存在共享內(nèi)存里，減少PHP引擎的文件系統(tǒng)操作。
- Relative file path cache-PHP腳本頻繁使用相對(duì)路徑include或操作文件。每個(gè)相對(duì)文件路徑需要被PHP引擎轉(zhuǎn)換成絕對(duì)文件路徑。當(dāng)PHP應(yīng)用以相對(duì)路徑使用很多PHP文件時(shí)，解析相對(duì)路徑到絕對(duì)路徑的操作會(huì)影響性能。Windows Cache Extension forPHP提供相對(duì)文件路徑緩存，減少PHP引擎需要進(jìn)行的轉(zhuǎn)換數(shù)量。
