利用php類(lèi)庫(kù)PHP QR Code來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)，不需要裝額外的php擴(kuò)展

首先下載類(lèi)庫(kù)包，有時(shí)候地址打不開(kāi)

下載：http://sourceforge.net/projects/phpqrcode/

使用時(shí)一般引入phpqrcode.php文件即可
