They want in. Now.
With AI DNA — Built For Believers, Not Billionaires
Jarsy enables everyday investors to gain exposure to pre-IPO companies through tokenized shares that are 1:1 backed by real equity held securely in custody. While not actual equity in a legal sense — token holders do not receive voting rights or ownership stakes — it does provide price-exposure, which is sufficient for many users.
The minimum investment? Just $10.
Regulatory requirements remain in place. In the U.S., Jarsy complies with Regulation Fair Disclosure, requiring users to self-certify as accredited investors. However, Qin emphasizes that the income threshold for accreditation is $200,000 individually or $300,000 for households — significantly lower than the commonly assumed million-dollar benchmark.
For non-U.S. users, Jarsy operates under Regulation S, enabling broader participation.
So far, users have shown interest in tokens linked to AI firms such as Anthropic and Perplexity, fintech players like Circle, and more obscure names like Redbud Materials. If enough demand builds for a particular company, Jarsy will pursue it. The platform’s portfolio evolves based on user demand.
“We don’t push deals top-down,” Qin said. “We listen to what our users want, then go get it.”
Not A Blockchain Project — Just A Better AI-Based Fintech
Qin isn’t targeting crypto enthusiasts. In fact, half of Jarsy’s users have no prior blockchain experience. Users simply sign in with an email address — no seed phrases or gas fees required. Jarsy handles wallet creation, KYC and AML verification, and all necessary documentation. There is no native Jarsy token — only asset-backed tokens tied directly to specific companies.
AI plays a subtle but critical role behind the scenes. “We use AI for coding, which makes our development process much more efficient,” Qin explained. “Looking ahead, we’re developing a chatbot-style financial service interface. Younger users don’t want to call anyone — they expect quick answers from AI.”
Under the hood, Jarsy currently operates on Ethereum and compatible chains, with plans to integrate Solana. Transactions occur using USDC stablecoin. Once a company goes public, users can redeem their tokens for the equivalent market value in stablecoin.
If the company never IPOs? Eventually, users will be able to list their tokens on a secondary marketplace within Jarsy, setting their own prices. This feature is still under development.
Jarsy is growing steadily and intentionally. The platform is live on mainnet, with a Robinhood-like user interface. The team — made up of former employees from Uber, Facebook, and Square — is small but highly experienced.
Jarsy’s AI Code Versus The Incumbents
Three major platforms compete in the "pre-IPO for everyone" space. Each takes a different approach. None offer the full combination of blockchain transparency, AI-driven usability, and global accessibility that Jarsy provides.
Fundrise allows entry with just $10, matching Jarsy’s low barrier to entry. It's an SEC-registered fund open to non-accredited investors. Its unique feature is offering diversified exposure across both private and public tech companies, including big names like OpenAI, Ramp, and Databricks. Fundrise doesn’t tokenize shares, nor does it allow individual stock selection — it offers passive index-style exposure rather than direct access.
ARK Venture Fund provides hybrid exposure to private and public innovation-focused stocks. With a $500 minimum investment and limited liquidity (quarterly redemptions), ARK brings strong brand recognition. It’s not built on blockchain technology, but it delivers professionally managed exposure to high-profile ventures like SpaceX, Tesla, and OpenAI. In contrast, Jarsy gives users direct control and responsiveness.
Hiive is the most transparent and direct pre-IPO marketplace available — but only for accredited investors. Minimum investments start at $25,000. Users trade directly with existing shareholders, with real-time bid-ask data and over $100 million in monthly trading volume. It's essentially Wall Street’s private exchange. Jarsy aims to become the Main Street alternative.
Pre-IPO Investing Future Looks Brighter With AI
Jarsy doesn't claim to offer true ownership, nor does it position itself as fully decentralized. It’s not trying to replace traditional venture capital. What it does offer is a straightforward way for retail investors to gain upside exposure to companies they care about — long before Wall Street gets involved.
The real question now isn’t whether people want access — it’s whether Jarsy can scale quickly enough to meet rising demand.
Because the door has been opened. And Gen Z is already walking through.
