Summer Harvest Event in Grow a Garden

Jun 23, 2025 am 09:27 AM

The Summer Harvest event in Grow a Garden encourages all gardeners on the same server to collaborate by donating specific plants within a limited time to earn points.

Introduced with the Summer update, this Grow a Garden event emphasizes teamwork among players (though solo players can also participate if they believe their garden is strong enough). The more plants you donate during the event, the higher the reward tier you can unlock.

Without further delay, here's our guide covering the Summer Harvest event in Grow a Garden, including details about the Summer Harvest event rewards.

Summer Harvest Event in Grow a Garden

The Summer Harvest event in Grow a Garden takes place at the start of every hour and lasts for ten minutes. During this time, you and other players on your server must donate as many summer-themed plants as possible to the cart located between the garden plots before time runs out. Once the event ends, your points will reset.

It’s important to note that you must actively participate to receive any rewards. You need to donate at least one plant to qualify for the end-of-event rewards (no cheating!).

To receive any rewards, you must earn at least 1,000 points individually. However, if the entire server works together, it's possible to reach or even exceed the common reward tier level.

Here are the types of summer plants you can contribute to the Summer Harvest event so far:

  • Cauliflower
  • Green Apple
  • Avocado
  • Banana
  • Pineapple
  • Kiwi
  • Bell Pepper
  • Prickly Pear
  • Loquat
  • Feijoa
  • Wild Carrot
  • Pear
  • Cantaloupe
  • Parasol Flower
  • Rosy Delight
  • Elephant Ears

The more plants you submit, the more points you accumulate, which increases your chance to unlock better rewards. The rewards are randomized, but may include items from past events. You can monitor your point total using the sign next to the Summer Harvest cart.

Once the ten-minute timer ends, the Summer Harvest stops and no further donations can be made. At that point, you'll automatically receive a random reward from your current tier directly into your inventory.

Summer Harvest Event Rewards in Grow a Garden

Rewards from the Summer Harvest event are randomly selected from a loot pool based on your current point tier. Higher tiers offer better rewards. Players can look forward to summer-themed items like the Paradise Egg, and occasionally older items from previous events.

You can view the current contents of the loot pool by interacting with the Harvest Points sign located near the event cart.

This sign also shows which reward tier you're currently eligible for based on your points. The available rewards change depending on your tier—so the common tier offers different items than the rare tier does.

As previously mentioned, when the ten-minute Summer Harvest session ends, a reward from your current tier will automatically appear in your inventory—you don't have to interact with the cart or do anything else.

  • Watering Can
  • 10x Honey
  • Basic Sprinkler

  • 100,000 Sheckles
