Quaking Earth Titan recommended level in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet
It’s best to approach this Titan with a team around level 45–50. We attempted it in the mid-30s and found it very difficult—but if you’re underleveled, bring strong moves that counter its typing.

The Quaking Earth Titan can be found in the western desert region. To reach it, travel south from the Porto Marinada PokéCenter, or head west from the Cascarrafa North PokéCenter.
Alternatively, go to the West Province Area 1 North PokéCenter and jump off the cliff into the desert below.
You’ll spot the Titan from afar, and as you get close, Arven will call you, confirming you’ve arrived at the correct location.

Like all Titans, after your first battle, it will flee and consume a herb. You’ll then have the chance to fight it again—this time with Arven by your side, who brings a level 44 Scovillain (in Pokémon Scarlet).
For Great Tusk – a Ground / Fighting-type – we suggest using Water or Fairy-type attacks.
For Iron Treads – a Ground / Steel-type – use Water or Fighting-type moves.
We also discovered that Poison-type attacks were surprisingly effective, especially helpful if you’re entering the fight underleveled.
After defeating the Titan, you’ll enter a cave and uncover a Herba Mystica, which grants Koraidon or Miraidon the new ability to glide through the air.
Once this is done, you can continue your journey using our recommended order for battling the remaining Titan Pokémon.
