The Sky Watch Tower of Tiffro Ruins is located inside the Tiffro Ruins, with a specific coordinate of 0343, 3133, 0180 , just north of the Great Harum Forest. Fortunately, the Tiffro ruins are no longer covered in darkness, so you should be able to find the tower easily.

It is actually very convenient to get to the Tiffro Ruins Sky Watch Tower, because unlike many other watchtowers, you don't have to climb to get there.

To do this, climb up the metal block closest to the ground on the right side of the watchtower.
