InZoi: Managing Your Zoi Family – Adding, Moving, and Removing Members
Expanding your Zoi family in InZoi is a key part of the virtual life experience. This guide details how to add, move, and effectively remove family members. Note that InZoi is in Early Access, so features may change.
Adding New Family Members
To add a new Zoi to your family:
- Access your in-game Smartphone.
- Select "City Map."
- Choose the family you wish to expand.
- Select "Add Family Member."
- Create your new Zoi using the character creation screen. You can have up to eight Zois per family.
Existing Zois can be edited from the "Create a Family" screen, though editing options are more limited than in the initial character creation. You can also define relationships between new and existing Zois via the "Relationships" option, but pre-existing relationships are fixed.
Moving Zois Between Families
To transfer Zois between families:
- Access the "City Map" via your Smartphone.
- Tap "All Families" in the top left corner.
- Select "Move Zois Between Families."
- Choose the source and destination families.
- Select the Zois you want to move. Remember to manage family assets to avoid leaving families without resources to purchase housing.
Removing Family Members
Character deletion isn't currently implemented. To effectively remove a Zoi from a family, move them to an inactive family.
